Who we are ?

Takhzeen Private Storage is a safe and clean self storage service conveniently located by the maritime road near Dora, Beirut, Lebanon.

We are a division of Ayoub Industries & Commerce S.A.L. The company is well known in the Lebanese marketplace for its various industrial and commercial ventures. It was founded in 1980 by the Ayoub family who has been active in Lebanon and the Arab countries for over 75 years.

We are comfortable in guaranteeing a good and secure service to our clients.

Since 2018, our operation is ISO 2001 certified and regularly controlled by “Bureau Veritas”

• We are well located in Dora area.
• The dedicated space is on a 1st and 2nd floor , aerated, protected from eventual floods and direct sunlight.
• Access to the building is controlled 24x7.
• Access to the actual storage is through a magnetic card given to the client.
• Smoke detectors are installed with direct alarm to the guard on watch.
• Surveillance cameras are installed and connected to the watchman.
• We have 24 hours presence in the building and at the watch gate.
• You can check online anytime the actual temperature and humidity in the warehouse.
• The premises are regularly dusted and swept once a week, sprayed against insects and rodents once a month.
• A monthly quality monitoring system is implemented and applied as an ISO certification procedure.
